Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Time Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- India: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or courier volumes.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at qalmshopping2026@gmail.com. We'll investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
